Netizens show support to a cop who had been caught on cam castigating a Child Thief

   A bystander took a video of a police officer castigating a child thief. He originally uploaded this to gather sympathy from the netizens against the police. But it turned out differently. A lot of people actually applauded the officer.
   It is documented that after the police released the child from his grip, the child shouted foul, obscene words at him.
   Children nowadays were involved in crimes and can't be put into prison. Another incident of thievery in Davao was caught on CCTV involving children. It happened in broad daylight. What are your opinions about this issue?
